Month Eight: You & Your Baby
Week Thirty-one to Thirty-five (Trimester Three)
You: Since your probably feeling a bit uncomfortable from your now big baby belly try yoga, swimming and light exercise to help relieve some of the pain you experience.
What you may be feeling: -Fatigue -Frequent urination -Tender and/or swollen breasts -Colostrum discharge from nipples -Bleeding gums -Increase in vaginal discharge -Mild shortness of breath -Headaches -Gas -Heartburn -Constipation -Lower back aches -Mild swelling of legs, feet, and hands -Leg cramps -Braxton Hicks contractions |
Baby: If your baby hasn't already shifted it should by now shift so his/her head is facing down. Even if you feel you baby move around a lot he/she is actually sleeping most of the day.
For your baby everything should be pretty much developed. Over this month, your baby should gradually drop into your pelvis. |
